1. System Characterizations

The development of this products referred the research route of crosslinked acid products of both domestic and aboard, and successful acid crosslinking and viscosification was achieved through developing new types of thickeners and acid crosslinkers. This system owns high temperature and shearing resistance so that it dramatically lowers the inter-reaction rate between acid and rock and leakoff and maximizes the effectiveness and economic profits of acid fracturing stimulation.

3. Application for Treatment

Mix with acid before use and make sure no “fish eyes” occurs during mixing. It is not necessary to warm the acid. Indoor mixing can be done with normal mixer. When whirlpool occur in the acid pour the dry powder around the whirlpool evenly to avoid particle cohesion. The process usually requires 20 minutes. Normal oxidative gel breaker is needed correspondingly and the usage depends on the specific formation temperature.
