A new type acid thickener was developed for this certain product and it can enhance the viscosity of 20%-25% HCL effectively. This acid system owns high temperature and shearing tolerance and effectively lowers the inter-reaction rate between acid and rock as well as increases the penetration distance of the active acid system. It is suitable for the formation of temperature up to 180 Deg. C.

3. Application for Treatment
Mix with acid before use and make sure no “fish eyes” occurs during mixing. It is not necessary to warm the acid. Indoor mixing can be done with normal mixer. When whirlpool occur in the acid pour the dry powder around the whirlpool evenly to avoid particle cohesion. The process usually requires 20 minutes.
