MWD wireless measurement while drilling system

       It is equipped with a positive impulse mud pressure transmission system of which the bore instruments are powered by a set of turbine generator while the mud pressure transducers on ground are used to detect the mud impulse signals from the bore instruments.

       It is particularly suitable for highly-deviated wells and horizontal wells in which the device and steerable driven drilling tools form a steerable drilling system, and also used for offshore drilling of oil wells to enhance the control precision of well track and improve drilling speed and benefits.

Composition of the probe: ZT-MEP15 probe mainly consists of three gravity accelerometers with three orthogonal axles, three flux-gate sensors with three orthogonal axles and a temperature sensor as well as corresponding measuring and driving circuits.

Functions of the probe: it is capable of providing real-time measurements of the inclination, azimuth, tool face, temperature, rotation speed of the pulser turbine generator (rpm) and the like of the wellbore, and pressure pulse signals are generated in the drilling fluid through pulse generator and then transmitted upwards.
