Fast Hydrated Guar G-FH

1. Product Introduction 

Fast hydrated Guar (G-FH) is a sort of new chemical product for oil/gas well fracturing stimulation which was developed Beijing Guarian Tech. Co.. The development was based on the current status of fracturing fluid R&D and promoted by the deep research in thickeners which impacts the fracturing fluid mixing quality through fineness grading and surface treatment. Viscosity release speed is 50-70% faster than conventional guar and 90-96% viscosity release can be achieved in 3 minutes. It is especially suitable for on-site mixing, and very competitive with continuous mixing technique which has been popularly applied in oil and gas fields. Application of this product can shorten the time duration for fluid mixing and requires less storage space so it helps enhance the efficiency of fracturing treatment as well as save the total treatment expense.

G-FH is purely natural guar without chemical modification. It can be easily crosslinked by various types of crosslinkers, including borates and other sorts of transition metal ions. Crosslinking improves the hydrolysis resistance of the guar under high temperature condition and extends the viscosity effect duration up to twice. Crosslinked guar fracturing fluid can afford high proppant concentration and also improve fracture width and permeability.
